Publishing: Medical Narratives

Medical narrative writing is the reflective writing of both physicians and patients about their experiences in medicine and clinical care. Recently, medical narrative writing has begun to be integrated into medical education in order to further instill an awareness of students’ -- and their patients’ -- emotions, to develop critical thinking, and to examine the medical profession and their place within it from different perspectives.
