To register as an Attendee for FHSLA's 2025 Annual Meeting, use the registration button above. Fill out the registration form and submit. Payment can be made by clicking on the payment link on the form submission page, or by using the link or QR code in the Registration Submitted Confirmation email.

Additional Payment Options

Payment by Check

To pay by Check, follow the steps below:

  1. Fill out & submit the Registration Form above
  2. Click on the Payment link at the end of the Form and select "Pay Later"
  3. In your Registration Confirmation Email, copy the Order ID/Number
    • Attention! The Order ID/Number must be included with the check to ensure timely processing.
  4. Submit your check, and your Order ID/Number, to the FHSLA Treasurer at the address below:

Group Registration Payment

FHSLA now offers the option to pay multiple Registrations at the same time. Up to 5 Registration Orders can be combined into a single Group Registration Payment. Please be aware that this method will NOT provide an itemized invoice, but will simply create a single payment link for the multiple orders.
 
If you are interested in grouping multiple Registrations into one payment, please follow the instructions below:
  1. Fill out & submit the Registration Form above
  2. Click on the Payment link at the end of the Form and select "Pay Later"
  3. From your Registration Confirmation Email, copy the Order ID/Number and send it to your group's designated Payer (the person who will be paying the consolidated Order)
    • Attention! The Order IDs must be provided to create a Group Registration Payment and ensure proper accounting
  4. Have the designated Payer email Melodie Gardner and submit all Registration Order IDs and the Payer's email contact information
    • Attention! Please submit all Order IDs to be grouped (up to 5) at the same time; additional Order IDs cannot be added after the initial submission!
  5. The Payer will receive an email containing a consolidated Group Registration Payment link within 12 business hours

To register as a Vendor Sponsor for FHSLA's 2025 Annual Meeting, use the registration button above. Fill out the registration form and submit. Payment can be made by clicking on the payment link on the form submission page, or by using the link or QR code in the Registration Submitted Confirmation email.
